（中央社記者游凱翔、黃俊諺台北28日電）花蓮縣長傅(山昆)萁認為北市公住政策註定失敗，台北市長柯文哲回應，他把公共住宅、社會住宅搞混了。不過他認為，韓國、新加坡及香港能成功推動，沒理由台灣不行。
柯文哲今天出席「台北市強降雨防災減災工作方案正式啟動」記者會後，有媒體提問「傅(山昆)萁認為台北公共住宅政策註定失敗」，柯文哲則回應，傅(山昆)萁應該是把社會住宅、公共住宅搞混了。
柯文哲表示，這次前往韓國光州世大運接旗，發現韓國還是有很多值得學習的地方。他強調，如果台北市是世界上第一個推公共住宅的國家，「自己還是會害怕」，但韓國、新加坡及香港等國都做得到，沒理由台北不行。
柯文哲坦言，當然一定還是會有困難，但會不斷學習。他也說，總統大選快到了，與其口水不如討論實際的政策問題，慢慢讓台灣走向文明的國家，而不是「討論什麼課綱啦，鑽來鑽去的口水太多，對國家沒什麼好處」。1040728
